It’s a Keto Cake, suitable for small celebrations and even St. Valentine’s Day.
This recipe is going to satisfy your chocolate cravings and it is only 2g net carbs per slice.
It’s very easy to make, just adjust in the chocolate amounts depending on how dark you want the flavor to be. Nikka prefers to add some milk chocolate.
*Nikka uses (Lilys’ for both) kinds of chocolate
90g dark chocolate
80g milk chocolate
80g unsalted butter
80g whipping cream
(Optional) 10g sweetener of choice
Garnish unsweetened cocoa powder and fresh berries
*You’ll need a 7x7x2 heart-shaped silicone mold
-Melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and butter in a bowl over stovetop until creamy.
-Add the eggs one at a time and mix well
-Then add heavy whipping cream.
-Bake in water bath at 325 F / 160 C for about 30-35 mins
-Cool at room temperature then unmold.
-Refrigerate up to 2 hours. Serve with preferred garnish on top.
*Note if you don’t have a heart-shaped mold you can always just use a regular 7-inch loaf pan.
